PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
A value driven program geared towards total human development through advocacy, service delivery and livelihood development through Better Globe's strategy for climate change and environmental protection.
The show focuses on uplifting the plight of PWDs through advocacy and multi-media approach.
Disability prevention through environmental protection, through massive greening of arid lands (planting of trees in Africa, geared towards sustainable development climate change.
The program will highlight success stories of PWD concerns and community based projects geared towards environmental protection and disability prevention.
To be featured in the one to two hours program are celebrities and experts on both disabilities prevention and environmental protection interspersed with personalities in the entertainment world.
The program will include an interactive and service delivery component where questions and answers including delivery of essential health services can be accessed free of charge.
Through a team composed of ardent activists and imbued with humanitarian enthusiasm for the poor and afflicted, the program will offer solution not only for the prevention of disabilities but also towards prevention of environmental degradation.
On the lighter side, the program will invite outstanding politicians and performers who are dedicated to the plight of persons with disabilities who despite the MAGNA CARTA FOR DISABLED PERSONS (RA 7277) and their increasing number, WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) estimate of 10-20% of the total population (10-20 million Filipinos) remains underserved and under utilized and thus contribute to national development.
The program shall enhance the greening of the environment though massive tree planting by investing in a massive greening strategy in Africa (MAHOGANY planting in Kenya) through Better Globe Marketing Philippines , Inc.
